Comments on: hi, i am on disability and i spoke with a rep from a firm you recommended and he advised me to simply close the acccounts and stop paying them. is this a real option? he says i don’t have enough for debt settlement even if i wanted to. i do not like the idea of just blowing these companies off but i can’t afford to pay them either. i am confused, should i try or just cry mercy and give up? he said they can’t sue me because i am on ss disability, is this true? any advice would be appreciated thanks
