If all your debt is student loan debt then you will want to try and consolidate it through a student loan consolidation company. A debt settlement company will not be able to assist you with this as student loans are commonly backed by federal government agencies. This is a special type of debt and dozens of companies have been started to assist people with this particular type of debt that is a direct result of the increasingly high costs of education.
